• Develop comprehensive business and technological solutions.
• Lead and participate in medium- to large-scale projects by reviewing requirements, translating them into technical solutions, writing code, conducting unit testing, communicating status, troubleshooting issues, ensuring on-time delivery, and providing leadership.
• Work in small groups of six to ten engineers, reviewing and approving proposed solutions, implementing new architectural patterns, and performing design and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot business and production issues, gather information, engage support teams, formulate action plans, perform root‑cause analysis, and complete documentation.
• Support the business by responding to user questions, facilitating resolutions, and leading cross‑functional partnerships.
• Lead the discovery phase of medium to large projects, partner with product management, project management, business and user experience teams, and obtain cross‑function approvals.
• Demonstrate up‑to‑date expertise, provide expert advice and guidance, support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs, and build commitment for rationales.
• Provide and support implementation of business solutions by building relationships, identifying needs, carrying out processes and practices, monitoring progress, and adapting to competing demands.
• Model compliance with company policies and procedures, support company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and assist others in applying them.
• Lead automation efforts for multiple teams: create automation roadmap, enhance build processes, debug build issues, integrate enterprise tool changes, define deployment gates, create reports and dashboards, and educate teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of programming experience in architecting highly scalable & performing web applications.
• 5+ years of experience programming in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST services, and related technologies; 3+ years with cloud technologies.
• 4+ years of developing/architecting high‑transaction, high‑throughput systems.
• 2+ years of integrating third‑party solutions into existing architecture.
• 2+ years of experience working in agile, distributed, geographically dispersed teams.

• Option 1:
  Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering.
• Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year’s experience in software engineering.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility.
