• Partner directly with teams across Communications, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering to redesign work with AI.
• Embed with customer teams to understand their workflows, identify opportunities, and build AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Own technical delivery from prototype through production, balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Build full-stack AI applications, agents, automations, and integrations that transform how work gets done.
• Lead rapid prototyping, remove blockers, and contribute directly in the code when needed.
• Drive adoption by partnering closely with customers through deployment and iteration.
• Turn successful customer solutions into reusable platforms, services, and playbooks that accelerate future deployments.
• Partner with Platform Engineering and Product teams to feed customer learnings back into our core AI capabilities.

• 12+ years of experience in engineering, infrastructure, developer tools,

• The AI Solutions Experience Lead plays a strategic role in driving workflow transformation through the Forward Deployed Engineering FDE framework By embedding engineers directly within business units this position collaborates closely with teams to redesign operational processes deliver production ready solutions using AI that can be successfully scaled into enterprise wide platform capabilities
• Core Responsibilities Partner directly with teams across Communications Legal and Enterprise Engineering to redesign work with AI
