• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in professional software development.
• Experience with backend distributed systems, databases, and full-stack development.
• Experience in Spec Driven Development using Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Golang and experience in testing and launching distributed systems, storage, and related software products.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical stakeholders.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled software engineer to work as an AI-First Staff Software Engineer to design and develop solutions for our customer use-cases and issues. As a member of the group, you will convert commercial pain points into impactful software offerings via focused, sprint-style execution, where understanding each client need deeply is more important than trying to provide the ideal outcome.
