• Be a deeply hands‑on technical leader, write production-quality code, build automated tests, and take implementations all the way production deployment.

• Lead design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions.

• Translate domain-level strategies into system-level implementations, ensuring architectural integrity and reliability.

• Drive operational excellence through technical guidance, code reviews, and strategic architectural decisions.

• Champion Dev Ops and CI/CD practices to ensure resilient, observable, and performant services.

• Mentor engineers across teams, fostering a culture of innovation, high standards, and continuous learning.
