Walmart International Search & Personalization develops intelligent discovery experiences that enable millions of customers to find and engage with products globally. The team encompasses ML Engineering, Data Science, Data Operations, and Platform Engineering, supporting the entire discovery ecosystem from data pipelines to scalable AI infrastructure. It delivers multi-market platforms accommodating various languages and customer behaviors through a shared foundation. Engineers address complex challenges in distributed systems, machine learning, and generative AI, advancing toward AI-native discovery.

• Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
• Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure, and reusable development.
• Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting Dev Ops practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to reduce operational friction.
• Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, track milestones, and deliver complex technical initiatives on time.
• Foster innovation by identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools, and products continuously.

• Extensive experience leading platform engineering teams with a strong focus on software and AI/ML system delivery.
• Proven expertise in managing full software development life cycles, including CI/CD, Dev Ops architecture, and cloud-native solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee architectural design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance across complex systems.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills to align technical execution with business goals and roadmap milestones.
• Proficiency in cloud financial management and automation to optimize operational costs and improve system reliability.
