Job Description
Build the production backbone of an AI-powered engineering design platform - already in daily use, now ready to scale. You’ll take a working product out of its sandbox and turn it into a hardened, multi-tenant service that internal teams and external manufacturing partners rely on.
The MissionOwn the first year of production growth: multi-account AWS infrastructure, enterprise SSO, secure partner data paths, and a contributor platform that lets engineering teams ship independently - then hand it off clean.
You’ll Work With- Python 3.12
- Type Script
- AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3, DynamoDB, Cognito, Bedrock)
- AWS CDK
- OIDC/SAML SSO
- MCP servers
- Windows client automation
- 5+ years owning production distributed systems on AWS
- Deep fluency in idempotency, retries, observability, multi-tenant isolation
- Built multi-stage CI/CD pipelines with gates, approvals, and rollback
- Integrated OIDC/SAML SSO into real services (bonus: with desktop/CLI clients)
- Strong Python; comfortable in Type Script
- A track record of design docs, code review, trunk-based dev, and operational ownership
- AWS
- Windows client packaging & code signing
- Bedrock / RAG / MCP tooling
- Hypothesis or property-based testing
