About the team:
The Applied AI Search & Personalization team designs scalable AI systems that enhance how millions of customers find products. The team develops advanced retrieval, ranking, recommendation, and personalization models, integrating Generative AI to deliver innovative shopping experiences. Members apply expertise in predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, data strategy, and data visualization to create impactful solutions. Collaborating across functions, the team focuses on building robust, data-driven models and deploying them at scale to support business goals and improve customer engagement through intelligent, next-generation technologies.
