Lead and grow an Engineering Productivity team responsible for build systems, CI/CD, testing infrastructure, and release management. Improve developer workflows and release velocity through faster builds and tests, automated open-source down streaming, production release oversight, and AI-powered automation.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of software development experience, and 2 years in a technical leadership role. Candidates need C++ or Python experience, Linux networking or embedded systems experience, and experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and build systems; a relevant master's degree or PhD and networking-stack experience are preferred.
