Job Duties

Platform Development

• Design, build, and maintain both thefrontend and backendof a new internal AI-powered platform — taking ownership of features from development through production deployment
• Build and maintainintegrationsbetween the platform and cloud services, AI APIs, and internal data sources
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code across the full stack (Python backend + React/Type Script frontend)
• Contribute toarchitectural discussionswith guidance from senior engineers — learning to think beyond the feature and consider system design

AI & Automation

• Integrategenerative AI and LLM capabilitiesinto the platform to help business teams find information faster, answer questions, and automate repetitive workflows
• Begin applyingagentic and tool-calling patternswith growing independence — supported by senior engineers
• Partner withbusiness teamsto understand workflows and translate them into working software features — with some guidance on scoping and prioritization
• Participate actively indesign reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Communicate progress, blockers, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Security & Governance

• Implementsecure authentication and access control(OAuth 2.0 / OIDC) appropriate for sensitive business data
• Follow and contribute todata governance practicesto ensure the platform handles information responsibly
• Contribute to and follow teamengineering best practices— unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and documentation
• Work confidently withinCI/CD pipelinesto build, test, and deploy features to production
• Useobservability and monitoring toolsto diagnose issues and understand platform health in production

Iteration & Improvement

• Gather and act onreal user feedbackto iterate on features over time
• Balancespeed and reliability— shipping incrementally while maintaining production quality standards

Level:Level:Junior / Early-Career (1–2 years of professional experience)

Education

• Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Relevant coursework or self-study in:
  Web Development, Cloud Computing, Databases, Software Engineering, or AI/ML
• Equivalent practical experience considered in lieu of degree

Technical Skills

Languages & Frameworks

• 1–2 years of hands-on Python experience— professional or project-based; exposure to FastAPI or a comparable async framework is a plus
