• Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks aligned with roadmap milestones and domain priorities.
• Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
• Lead full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Conduct system design reviews to validate feasibility and ensure quality and alignment with architectural standards.
• Build AI-driven applications integrating ML components and automation features using multiple programming languages.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate across teams to define technical requirements, track success metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

• 10 + years of proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle management, encompassing coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in API design, software prototyping, and applying software design patterns for secure, maintainable, and modular solutions.
• Demonstrated ability in platform engineering, infrastructure tooling, and AI/ML integration using languages such as JavaScript, Python, and Java.
• Skilled in data-driven decision making, problem solving, and driving engineering excellence through code quality and continuous improvement.
• Effective technical leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering team growth and guiding architectural decisions.
