Our Junk Removal Operations Managers / Drivers are important front-line team members who are the company's face to our valued customers. • Be a Team Player:
  Treat team members and customers with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.
• Excellent Customer Service:
  Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items and educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value.
• Lead Operations:
  Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently (what can be donated and recycled and where, how to safely and efficiently complete a job); ability to communicate both on and off hours to plan for upcoming jobs.
• Green Mission:
  Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items the green way.
• Use Vehicle and Tools:
  Operate company vehicle safely. (No CDL needed. Training provided). Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.
• Marketing:
  Execute marketing tactics (posting signage, door hangers etc) to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing role
• Safety-first mindset
• Ability to learn and use technology in the field to execute job requirements, quickly and efficiently
• Ability to problem solve on the fly to get the job done
• Have a valid driver's license and are an attentive driver.
• Ability to communicate on- and off-hours using your own mobile phone
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
