Job Overview

Wipro is seeking a Principal UX Designer / UI Consultant with extensive experience in SAP UI Customization and Enterprise User Experience Design
. The candidate will work on design and customization of SAP applications (SAP Portal, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP ABAP) and deliver user‑centric solutions for enterprise clients across global engagements, including technology leaders in the networking, retail, and financial sectors.

• Lead end‑to‑end UX and UI design efforts for SAP and web‑based enterprise applications.
• Execute SAP Portal Customization, SAP UI5 Customization, SAP Fiori Customization, and SAP ABAP Customization to align SAP applications with client‑specific brand and usability requirements.
• Define UX specifications and design guidelines adhering to client standards.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to demonstrate business processes and application behavior.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to enhance user experience and accessibility.
• Translate business requirements into design deliverables: personas, task flows, site maps, information architecture, and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with SAP functional, ABAP, and development teams to integrate customized UI components.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG/W3C), and responsive design principles.
• Build and maintain style guides, reusable UI components, and front‑end frameworks for enterprise‑scale applications.
• Support implementation and provide design validation during development and QA stages.

• SAP Technologies: SAP Portal Customization, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, SAP ABAP.
• Front‑end Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, responsive frameworks.
• Design Tools: Axure, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision.
• UX Process: Research, Define, Ideation, Prototyping, Testing, and Iteration.
• Standards: W3C, Accessibility (WCAG), and cross‑platform usability best practices.
• Other: Agile methodology, rapid prototyping, and design system development.

• Experience in User Experience Design and UI Development

• Hands‑on work in SAP UI/UX Customization (SAP Portal, UI5, Fiori, ABAP).
• Prior experience in consulting engagements with enterprise clients
  .
• Proven ability to define and deliver end‑to‑end UX processes
  , from research through implementation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

8–10 Years

Expected compensation range: $80,000 to $158,000.
