Real Estate Lease Administrator, Program Manager, Data Centers

Abstract and validate contract lease obligations, terms, milestones, and inventory within the internal database.

Generate and share recurring and ad hoc reports with cross-functional teams.

Maintain and enhance existing business processes.

Improve the internal database using feedback from asset managers, negotiators, and partners.

Collaborate with partner teams to guarantee data is accessible via dashboards.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.

Experience in real estate lease administration.

Experience in business process documentation and process improvements.

Experience with database management and tracking.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience in colocation or data centers.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
