Job Objective
The Supervisor Distribution is an entry-level leader who supervises, coordinates, and directs the day-to-day operational activities of the designated distribution center. This role trains and develops hourly employees, estimates personnel needs, assigns tasks, ensures accuracy and timeliness of work, and interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies.

3rd Shift

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

• Supervise department distribution functions to ensure activities are completed according to schedules, determine work priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate staffing and equipment to meet daily objectives cost-effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain sufficient inventory of materials and supplies to meet daily demands.
• Supervise movement of finished goods through receiving, warehouse, shipping, and returns.
• Select, hire, train, and appraise Distribution Team Members to achieve high-quality service and productivity.
• Complete performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Provide a safe work environment aligned with the Company safety program and departmental safety goals.
• Continuously measure and monitor performance against established standards.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• 0–2 years of management experience.

• Specialized depth/breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field.
• Focus on team productivity and collective impact.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.
• High integrity and discretion with sensitive data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible, adaptable to change, team player, able to handle multiple projects.
• Professional judgment and resourcefulness in absence of formal guidelines.

• This role will have direct reports.
