Shift supervisor, Restaurant​/Food Service

Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location:

Baylor Scott and White Sunnyvale - 231 South Collins Road, Sunnyvale, TX 75182.

Schedule:

Full time schedule;
Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Requirement:
Prior supervisory experience in a hospital setting is required.

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and address performance issues.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure units meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage career development and progression within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior supervisory experience in a hospital setting is required.
