Job Role: Front End Developer (React.

JS / Redux)

• State & data:
  Redux Toolkit or equivalent;
  React Query/Tan Stack; forms (Formik/React Hook Form).
• Build & tooling:
  Git/Git Hub/Git Lab.
• API integration: REST/Graph
  
  QL, Web Sockets/SSE; error handling, retries, caching, ETags.
• Architecture:
  Micro-frontends (Module Federation), code‑splitting, design systems, Storybook.
• React.js ecosystem:
  React 18+, Type Script, Hooks, Context, Suspense, Error Boundaries.
• Styling & UI: CSS3/SCSS, CSS Modules, Tailwind or CSS‑in‑JS (Emotion/Styled‑Components); HTML, JavaScript, responsive design.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work with global teams.
• Proactive ownership, problem‑solving, and mentoring mindset.

• Lead end‑to‑end front‑end development with React 18+, Type Script, modern state management (Redux Toolkit) and data‑fetching (Tan Stack Query/React Query).
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into responsive, accessible interfaces; enforce design‑system usage (Storybook), component reusability, and clean code standards.
• Define front‑end architecture patterns (module federation/micro‑frontends where applicable), build pipelines (Webpack/Vite), and CI/CD integration.
• Optimize performance (bundle size, code‑splitting, memoization, virtualization).
• Integrate REST and Graph
  
  QL APIs; collaborate with back‑end teams on contract‑first development, versioning, and reliability.

Experience: 5-8 Years

Compensation: $60,000 to $135,000, dependent upon location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and experience.
