Automation Engineer

We don't need an Automation Engineer who knows everything about Innovation; we need one curious enough to find out what they don't. Take stock: $94,000 - $132,000, remote, 5 years of Teamwork, and a senior title that grows teeth as you prove yourself.

• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture
• Ship Accessibility Testing experiments fast, kill the losers, and double down on what sticks
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
• Own data integrity across BDO's Smoke Testing stores so Las Vegas numbers never lie
• Break large technology initiatives into Accessibility Testing increments Las Vegas can actually deliver
• Sit with technology users in Las Vegas to learn what the Security Testing tool really needs

• At least 6 years of standing behind your own estimates
• 7 or more years steering technology projects end to end
• A history of leaving technology processes better than you found them
• Real curiosity about why BDO customers do what they do

A quietly-excellent startup out of Las Vegas, BDO is rethinking what technology software can be. Respect for your craft and your life outside it sits at the core of how BDO operates.

Expect $94,000 - $132,000 plus full medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous paid time off, and real mentorship from day one.

We re-validated this opening today; BDO is still on the lookout.
