- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
- One-year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
- Current RN license in the state, along with BLS and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) as required.
- Must pass pre-employment assessments.
- RN graduates under supervision must hold an interim Nevada RN license.
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adhere to regulatory and facility standards.
