The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day recruiting operations while leading a team of recruiters and coordinators to attract and hire top talent across the organization. This role ensures that recruitment strategies are efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives. The manager partners closely with department leaders to meet staffing needs while fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across all departments.
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators.
- Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices throughout the hiring process.
- Lead employment marketing and sourcing initiatives to expand candidate pipelines.
- Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) for accurate tracking and reporting of recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-volume and critical roles.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, assisting in the development of new ones as needed.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions to align hiring plans with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards for recruitment performance metrics.
- Support budget tracking for headcount planning and recruitment-related expenses.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Champion an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- 2–3 years of experience managing or leading a recruiting team.
- Proven ability to support a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting function.
- Office-based environment.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and move within the workplace. Ability to remain on feet up to 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
