Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM On-site Mon-Thurs | Remote Fridays (hybrid)
Pay $18.00/hr
What You'll DoIn this role, you'll be the hub for day-to-day office services and administrative support, including:
- Greet and assist visitors/vendors while ensuring onsite compliance procedures are followed
- Print and coordinate outbound mailings from shared folders, email queues, and document systems (including materials sent to patients, insurance companies, audits/appeals, etc.)
- Receive, sort, scan, log, and route incoming mail and internal correspondence
- Support check handling and deposits using banking technology
- Prepare outgoing mail, manage post office runs, and track returned mail
- Help maintain office equipment and supplies (copiers/printers/envelopes)
- Follow HIPAA/PHI handling standards and support compliance-focused workflows
- Assist with light administrative projects/data entry as needed
