What You'll Do

• Create a welcoming first impression by greeting every client with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide clients through their visits, including weigh-ins, check-ins, and progress tracking.
• Provide clear, knowledgeable insights into Lindora's wellness programs and services.
• Educate clients on personalized treatment options and their benefits.
• Coordinate appointments to keep clients on track with their goals.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date client records, verifying at each visit.
• Handle membership documentation and related administrative tasks.
• Respond to inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Conduct follow-up calls to support client engagement and motivation.
• Support day-to-day operations, collaborating with the General Manager and medical team.
• Assist with menu planning and client coaching throughout their programs.
• Represent Lindora at local events and wellness promotions in the Superior area.

What We;re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect.
• Experience in customer service, wellness, or healthcare (preferred but not required).
• Comfort working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, especially with scheduling and record-keeping tools.
• Motivated to achieve goals, including sales and membership benchmarks.
• Positive, professional, and adaptable, thriving in a dynamic setting.
