As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine you’ll be part of opening a brand new location for SCL Health to provide top‑notch care and patient experience. You’ll collaborate with Medical Assistants and PSRs.

Practicing at Superior Clinic, Superior, CO.

Hours:

Mon‑Fri 7am‑5pm.

• Five (5) years plus experience in a continuity setting as a provider.
• Continuity clinic setting with the ability to see acute patients.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends if needed.

36 scheduled weekly hours.

$56.76 – $87.59 hourly, dependent upon experience.
