All about Target and All about Style descriptions are part of this role, focusing on delivering a guest-first experience through operations, visual merchandising, and exceptional service.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort, push, and locate merchandise in the backroom according to business needs.
• Set visual presentations and guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and clearance merchandising with signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services back to the salesfloor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up, while complying with applicable laws.
• Greet guests, assist with needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• All other duties as required by business needs.

• Flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

• Interest in apparel and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.

• Ability to stay focused and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

• Handle cash operations as needed; climb ladders.
• Lift up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally; work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
