Experience:

Previous ophthalmology or general medical experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $150/hour (orientation rate) Benefits:
Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time in accordance with laws, licensure and certification reimbursements, travel and other reimbursements when applicable, robust referral bonus program, dedicated 24/7 support team What You ll Do Perform comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose ocular conditions Utilize advanced diagnostic tools including Heidelberg OCT, Zeiss fundus camera, Humphrey visual field, and topographer Assist with in-office procedures such as YAG Caps Collaborate with techs and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care Manage patient follow-ups and treatment plans Document findings accurately in the clinic's EMR system Participate in a minimal call schedule (1/4 call) What You Need

Required:

Valid medical license to practice in Wisconsin Experience in ophthalmology or general eye care preferred Familiarity with diagnostic imaging and ophthalmic equipment Preferred:
