This full‑time, seasonal position (May through November, weather permitting) requires an operator to load material, aggregate, or soils into transport vehicles, crushing and screening plants, or hot mix asphalt plants. Operators must weight loads, ensure they are free of debris, distribute materials evenly, and maintain proper classification of material. On‑the‑job training is provided, and there is potential for advancement. This role requires overtime and offers local and regional travel opportunities.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to work in all seasonal weather and environmental conditions
• Team player who can listen, take direction, and help train less experienced employees
• Knowledge of aggregate sizes, classifications, and weight requirements of loads leaving the pit
• Ability to track time and material records
• Knowledge of soils, sand, and aggregate classification to produce “spec” material via crushing operations
• Excellent customer‑relation skills
