• Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2‑2‑3 schedule
  • Work:
    Monday & Tuesday – Off:
    Wednesday & Thursday – Work:
    Friday, Saturday & Sunday

• 12‑hour static shifts (Nights – 7:00 pm to 7:00 am)

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines
• Set up machines according to work order specifications
• Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processes
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Work safely in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening

• 2‑5 years of plastic extrusion experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous manufacturing experience

• Wages ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
