Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule

• Work:
  Monday & Tuesday – Off:
  Wednesday & Thursday – Work:
  Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
• Off:
  Monday & Tuesday – Work:
  Wednesday & Thursday – Off:
  Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
• 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 7:00pm – 7:00am) (Days - 7:00am - 7:00pm)
• Rotational Shift: Alternates between Day Shift (7:00am-7:00pm) and Night Shift (7:00pm-7:00am) hours every 4 weeks

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines
• Set up machines according to work order specifications
• Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processes
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

• 2-5 years of plastic extrusion experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous manufacturing experience

Starting Salary:

• Wages ranging from $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
