Are you looking for a steady, hands-on job with a great schedule? We are hiring dedicated Production Workers on behalf of a premier manufacturer in Superior, WI! This full-time position offers a 4-day workweek with overtime potential, on-the-job training, and clear pathways for career growth.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday, 6:30AM - 5:00PM
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
What You'll Do- Build and assemble products using a variety of materials and tools.
- Follow basic safety and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Safely operate equipment such as basic hand tools, staple guns, pallet jacks, and molds.
- Consistently meet daily production goals and check product quality.
- Work closely with your team with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Work Ethic & Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work 10-hour shifts.
- Physical Capability:
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, lift 25-50 lbs overhead, and push/pull up to 75 lbs in a warm, active industrial environment. - Core
Skills:
Good hand-eye coordination, basic mechanical aptitude, and fundamental math and reading skills. - Safety First:
Willingness to wear required PPE (like safety glasses) and pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug screen
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial labor, or distribution.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record of safety and reliability in past roles.
