Salary Range: $20.00 To $25.50 Hourly

• 12-hour shifts rotating between day and night shift every 4 weeks (Night Shift - 7:00pm – 7:00am) (Day Shift - 7:00am - 7:00pm)

• Operate and support production lines
• Progress through operator levels
• Set up machines to work order specifications
• Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with your team during shift changeovers

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 55 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• A high school diploma or GED
