Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full‑Time/Part‑Time/Casual All Shifts

Twin Port Health Services is a top‑rated nursing home in Wisconsin that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation care. We seek a dedicated LPN to join a supportive, collaborative team in the Upper Midwest.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly pay up to $39.75 based on experience
  • Shift differentials: $1.50 for PM shifts and $2.00 for Night/Over‑Census (NOC) shifts

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and monitor resident status throughout shifts.
  • Administer medications, calculate drug dosages, and document all interventions.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain a safe environment.
  • Follow infection control, safety policies, and facility procedures.
  • Supervise nursing assistants and coordinate nursing care as per resident care plans.
  • Report changes in resident condition and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications
  • Licensed in Wisconsin as an LPN.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Proficiency with feeding pumps, oxygen equipment, medication cart, and other clinical supplies.
  • Ability to calculate drug dosages accurately.
  • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Basic computer knowledge and aptitude for learning company applications.
  • Health standards required by law and positive team‑building attitude with residents, families, and staff.
