This role is a professional practicing in a multi‑faceted domain of specialty nursing that focuses on health care of individuals, families, groups, communities and entire populations.

You will provide care that occurs in primary and specialty care outpatient facilities, non‑acute community outpatient settings; during tele health nursing encounters that occur in medical offices or by individual nurses in the home or business. You have authority, accountability and responsibility for nursing practice; makes decisions; and takes action consistent with the obligation to promote health and to provide optimal care recognizing that health is a universal right.

You will interact with patients in concert with other health professionals, skillfully use the nursing process to assess primary concerns, identify problems, analyze and integrate subjective and objective data, decide on a plan of action, apply the appropriate intervention and evaluate the outcome.

• Triage, assessments, patient education, manage in‑basket, assist as needed with rooming patients, giving medications, etc.
• 9a‑7p weekday hours
• 8a‑5p weekend hours
• Holiday required
• You will be trained at multiple sites as you float to each as needed.

Current license with the appropriate State Board of Nursing. MN and WI. Can obtain WI license within 3 months of hire. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire.
