As an Applebee’s Bartender you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to deliver the best drinks. You must be friendly to staff and customers, create a great bar experience, and work hard while having a great time.

• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Serve drinks to guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment.
• Communicate clearly with guests and fellow staff.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication skills with guests and team.
• Committed to making a positive impact on guests and the team.
• Physical ability to stand for 4 hours, reach, bend, stoop, lift up to 25 pounds, and use protective coverings.

• Remain stationary and exhibit well-paced mobility for up to four (4) hours per shift.
• Safe reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds; transport plates, glasses, and baskets about 30 times per shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Wear protective hand, face coverings, and disinfectant supplies during the entire shift.
