FOOD SERVICE WORKER/CASHIER (PART TIME)

Part‑time, flexible – days and hours may vary. Detailed availability will be discussed during the interview.

Perform cashiering duties, including general food service work. Maintain sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining area. Provide guest service and support team operations.

• Prepare food by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables and weighing and measuring ingredients.
• Move pans, kettles, trays, and food between work stations, stove, and refrigerator following safety standards.
• Store foods according to wrapping, dating, rotation, and food‑safety procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality, serving temperature, and portion control.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously according to service steps.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.
• Relay relevant information to supervisors.
• Process sales transactions, enter numbers into the cash register, and make accurate change.
• Accept various payment methods, issue receipts, and follow procedures for cash refunds.
• Manage cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and compliance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
