Base pay: $15.00/hr - $15.00/hr

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr for DYV shifts; $17.00/hr for OTR shifts

Professional Transportation, Inc. has been providing crew transportation services for railroads since 1980 and is known for quality, dependable, and safe service. Our drivers pick up and drop off train crews on request and transport them safely to their destinations.

• Promote and practice safety awareness
• Prioritize on‑time performance to meet customer needs
• Pick up and drop off customers safely to their destinations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate timely with the Dispatch Center
• Open and close all doors/hatches for crew members
• Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items found during vehicle inspection to a supervisor
• Promote and follow all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work‑related)
• Must be able to pass a post‑offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check
• Able to arrive at the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on‑time performance
• Have a medical DOT card (or obtain one upon hire)
