Primary Generalist Teacher

We are seeking a versatile and dedicated Primary Generalist to join our team in Sur. This role is ideal for an educator who thrives on the breadth of the primary curriculum and is comfortable teaching across both Lower and Upper Primary phases.

The Primary Generalist will deliver high‑quality, differentiated lessons that meet Cambridge learning objectives across both Lower and Upper Primary age groups, support students through the Cambridge Primary Framework, maintain an organized and disciplined classroom environment, and use formative and summative assessment data to track student progress.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or PGCE with a Primary Generalist focus.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience within the primary age range.
• Cambridge Core Mastery:
  Strong instructional skills in the Cambridge Primary core subjects:
  English, Mathematics, and Science.
• Pedagogical Flexibility:
  Ability to deliver high‑quality, differentiated lessons that meet Cambridge learning objectives for various age groups.
• Classroom Management:
  Proven ability to maintain an organized, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.
• Professionalism: A positive, collaborative team player committed to the school's mission of educational excellence in Oman.

  Direct experience teaching the Cambridge Primary Framework or preparing students for Primary Checkpoints.
• EAL Support:
  Experience teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners within a mainstream classroom.

• Tech Integration:
  Proficiency in using technology to enhance the Cambridge curriculum.
