As a Digital Communications & Learning Project Manager Intern, you will contribute to these initiatives at the intersection of learning, coordination and engagement.
Your RoleYou will support the Learning & Development Project Manager in designing, structuring and deploying strategic learning initiatives for the global Tech community.
This role is primarily focused on learning project coordination and programme deployment, with communication and content creation supporting the learning experience.
You will be part of a dynamic, international environment where structure, impact, and creativity must coexist.

Main responsibilities Learning Project Coordination- Contribute to the design, structuring and deployment of learning paths and development initiatives
- Support planning, tracking and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Assist in preparing learning materials and ensuring consistency across programmes
- Support the organisation and operational follow-up of learning sessions, webinars and video recordings
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling and participant follow-up
- Contribute to promoting learning initiatives across internal channels
- Develop supporting visual or editorial materials to enhance clarity and adoption
- Help monitor engagement and participation metrics
- Student in Business or Communication School
- Interested in learning ecosystems and organisational transformation
- Comfortable using digital communication tools (SharePoint, mailing, newsletters…)
- At ease working in an international environment (professional French & English required)
- Strong sense of autonomy, creativity, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn
- Start date: September 2026
- Duration: 12 months
