Job SummaryThe Assistant Plant Operator supports plant operations by assisting senior operators in monitoring equipment, maintaining production flow, and ensuring safe working conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in operation and monitoring of plant machinery.
- Support maintenance and inspection activities.
- Handle material movement and basic operational tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
- Follow instructions from Plant Operators and supervisors.
- ITI / Technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with technical background may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of plant operations.
- Physically fit and willing to work in industrial environment.
- Ability to work in shifts and follow safety standards.
