Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
• Review journal entries, general ledger, and monthly financial reports.
• Manage monthly and yearly closing processes in accordance with company timelines.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax, etc.).
• Prepare and support internal and external audit processes.
• Monitor and improve accounting systems and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate accounting staff performance.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding financial data and reporting.
• Report accounting issues and results to Accounting Manager / Finance Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS and end-to-end accounting processes.
• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation (VAT & Income Tax).
• Experience in monthly and yearly closing.
• Familiar with accounting software / ERP (SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Experience handling audits is a must.
• Tax Brevet certification is an advantage.
