- Penguasaan aplikasi Accurate, diutamakan.
- Kompenasi di atas rata‑rata pasar.
- Pasar kerja kuat di Surabaya.
- Pengangguran di wilayah sangat rendah (0%).
Industrialisasi di wilayah Surabaya, Gresik, dan Sidoarjo masih mendominasi struktur upah.
