Kandidat ideal memiliki Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3) di Akuntansi, pengalaman 1–2 tahun dan harus mahir dalam Microsoft Excel serta software akuntansi seperti Accurate. Ketrampilan negosiasi dan analisa yang baik sangat dihargai.
