About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Staff to join our growing team ra Utama Plastindo in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and accounting support to ensure the smooth operation and financial well-being of our company.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
