Accounting & Tax Manager

PT Prakarsa Energi Sejahtera (PES) is looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager as the company expands its waste-to-fuel business across Indonesia from Surabaya.

PES is an Indonesian waste-to-fuel company committed to transforming urban and industrial waste into productive alternative energy. We operate at the intersection of environmental sustainability, infrastructure development, circular economy, and energy resilience — helping cities reduce landfill dependency while creating valuable fuel products from waste materials.

The Accounting & Tax Manager will play a critical role in strengthening PES’ financial readiness as the company prepares for its next stage of growth, including pre-IPO preparation. Based in Surabaya, this role will focus on preparing financial reports, improving accounting systems and processes, supporting budgeting and financial analysis, developing costing structures, and ensuring strong tax compliance.

We are looking for a hands-on finance leader who can combine technical accounting and tax expertise with business partnering, governance discipline, and the ability to build scalable finance foundations for a fast-growing company.
