Kandidat ideal harus memiliki minimal gelar S1 di bidang Akuntansi/Keuangan dan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai supervisor finance dan accounting. Keterampilan yang dibutuhkan termasuk penguasaan Ms. Office, aplikasi akuntansi, laporan keuangan, perpajakan, dan ERP.
