Job opportunity for Spesialis Cost Control at Boga Group Jatim in Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Indonesia.
Job Description- Memantau dan menganalisis biaya operasional harian F&B.
- Melakukan kontrol penggunaan bahan baku (food & beverage).
- Melakukan stock opname rutin dan memastikan akurasi stok.
- Mencatat, mengecek, dan merekonsiliasi purchase order, receiving, dan inventory.
- Menganalisis cost variances & membuat laporan harian/mingguan/bulanan.
- Memastikan semua prosedur pembelian dan pengeluaran sesuai SOP.
- Berkoordinasi dengan kitchen, purchasing, dan accounting untuk efisiensi biaya.
- Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK/D3 (diutamakan Akuntansi/Perhotelan/F&B).
- Berpengalaman 1–2 tahun di posisi Cost Control atau Inventory F&B.
- Memahami food cost, beverage cost, dan sistem inventory.
