We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and motivated Finance & Accounting Staff to join our growing team.
Key responsibilitiesManage daily sales reconciliation and review cash register transaction
Handle reimbursements, expenses verification, and bank reconciliation
Monitor store inventory, conduct stocktaking, and assist with cost calculation
Prepare monthly financial reports, profit analysis, and cost reports
Support monthly closing and financial document filing
Consolidate operational data from both stores and assist in controlling costs and expenses
About youBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting
Experience in the F&B or retail is a plus
Good understanding of basic accounting and financial reporting
Detail oriented, responsible, and able to work accurately with numbers
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Mandarin language skills are a plus
