Accounting, Financial Reporting, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Accounting Staff to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining general ledger accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and committed to financial accuracy.

• Maintain general ledger accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling all transactions.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle daily bookkeeping duties and journal entry postings, including all income & expense company, .
• Support tax calculation, preparation, and timely filing (such as VAT/PPh) in compliance with local tax regulations.
• Prepare documentation and schedules for stock opnames.
• Work closely with the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and operational teams to filling all financial documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience in general accounting or finance
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic financial formulas).
• understanding of standard accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
