Accounting, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable University

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in distribution and/or service companies.

Strong understanding of SAK-ETAP (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and holds Brevet A & B Tax Certification.

Diligent, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently.

Willing to be placed in Surabaya.

Responsible for preparing company invoices and tax invoices, and monitoring all financial transaction documents.

Perform payroll calculations and monitor employees’ work progress.

Monitor customer billing documents and payment schedules.

Monitor cash flow, receive invoices from suppliers, and prepare payment plans to suppliers.

Monitor inventory movements in accordance with supporting documents.

Prepare monthly tax reports.

Prepare budgeting and project evaluation reports.

Perform reconciliation and monthly closing.
