Finance & Accounting position responsible for managing financial operations, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting for the organization.
Key responsibilitiesPrepare monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards
Manage company taxation: calculate, report, and ensure tax compliance (PPN, PPh, SPT, e-filing, e-bupot, e-faktur)
Prepare budgets and monitor budget realization
Manage cash flow and conduct bank reconciliation
Oversee financial transactions to ensure compliance with procedures and accounting records
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes
Communicate with external parties (vendors, auditors, tax authorities, etc.), including use of English when required
Provide financial analysis reports to management for decision-making purposes
About youMinimum S1 degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
Proficient in Indonesian taxation (PPN, PPh, SPT, e-filing, e-bupot, e-faktur)
Able to prepare financial reports, budgeting, and financial analysis
Proficient in accounting software (Accurate, SAP, Oracle or similar)
English communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work with deadlines
Preferred:
Brevet A & B certification
