A Bachelor's degree (S1) or Master degree (S2) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5 from a reputable university.
Minimum of 3 years experience in retail and interior furnishing ((on a leader role of finance function in a large Interior Furnishing material company / multinational company)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with international clients and colleagues.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Previous experience using accounting software
Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to think creatively and solve problems independently.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proven ability to develop and maintain strong and trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Job responsibility:
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, providing clear insights into clients’ financial performance.
Handle various accounting roles, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Analyze cost and revenues to provide insight into operating performance and implement proper analytical review of key financial and operating KPI
Prepare and review annual budget, financial forecasts and Monthly/Quarterly Budget Reviews according to statutory requirements and monthly trading results and balance sheets.
Prepare and implement long and short term financial plans, budgets and capital expenditure programs and recommend pricing structures, financial management policy, asset utilisation and investment strategies to achieve business objectives.
