Overview

PT Citra Surya Prima seeks a Receptionist to support front line admin and back office staff in Surabaya.

Responsibilities
  • Front-line liaison to assist admin and back office tasks.
  • Deliver messages to internal or external parties when caller is unavailable and record required messages.
  • Generate periodic activity reports.
  • Domicile in Surabaya.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • SMA/SMK/DI or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English communication.
  • Preferred experience in similar role.
  • Ability to operate telephone server.
  • Team player.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
